I don’t usually write reviews, but this dealership absolutely deserves one. I drove over 200 miles to get here, and it was completely worth it. From the first phone call, the team was upfront, professional, and incredibly responsive — no hidden fees, no games, just honest communication.When I arrived, the car was exactly as described — clean, well-maintained, and ready for a test drive. The staff treated me with genuine respect, never pressured me, and took the time to answer all my questions. Even after such a long drive, I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase.You can tell they take pride in what they do and actually care about their customers. If you’re considering making the trip, don’t hesitate — this dealership goes above and beyond to make sure you drive away satisfied. I’d absolutely do it again!

Travelled a 300 mile round trip to view a car. The car was listed as a 'stunning example' and the way Chris described the car over the phone gave the illusion that it was a pristine car. This was not true at all. The car had clearly had some sort of front end damage because the bumper was misaligned, a different shade of grey and the lacquer was peeling at the edges, showing a really poor repair job. He promised me over the phone that he 'would not waste my time' but he did indeed waste 8 hours of my time. Not happy at all, why can't car dealers just display a higher level of transparency, else they can't be trusted.

THIS IS NOT THE CASE, THE CAR HAD FULL FULL MAIN DEALER SERVICE HISTORY AND WAS SEVICED 1500 MILES AGO AT THE MAIN DEALER, ALL BUMPERS ARE PLASTIC ON CARS AND YES THERE IS ALWAYS A DIFFERENT IN COLOUR, YES THE CAR IS 6 YEARS OLD AND MORE THAN LIKELY HAS HAD A BUMPER SCUFF AND BEEN PAINTED, NO FRONT END DAMAGE AT ALL, MORE THAN LIKELY PAINTED AT THE MAIN DEALER, I TRY MY HARDEST TO DO MY BEST BUT YOU CANT PLEASE EVERYONE, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HIS COMMENTS, THEY IS ALWAYS ONE PERSON, NOT A NICE MAN FROM THE START, REGARDS CHRIS

Both Chris and Tom are top guys. Very straight, honest and easy to deal with. I bought a beautiful Jaguar F-Pace from them, reasonably priced and got a very fair price for my XF in Part exchange too.Great work guys, a pleasure dealing with you both, I love the car. I couldn't recommend Kempshott Cars highly enough. Customer service was superb I reserved a car from a long distance away based on photos, something I wouldn't normally do but Wayne and Chris gave me confidence to do so. Wayne then went above and beyond to pick me up from the airport to collect the car. The car was as described and there purchase was smooth and quick. Chris and Wayne were both attentive and trustworthy. A good experience and would recommend with confidence.

The best experience buying a car I have ever had. I went to veiw the car and ended up buying it and driving it home all in one afternoon.
