I found my car on Autotrader and then looked on Kempshotts website. They had a really amazing choice of luxury cars at the time but my ideal car was featured, fully loaded and immaculate. To my frustration I realised Basingstoke was 72 miles from my home and with very little chance to visit the showroom/forecourt Chris at Kempshott suggested that they could deliver my car. Within a couple of days the car arrived and they took my (very) old one away. The car Kempshott delivered was everything the website said it would be and more...The condition is excellent and a stunning vehicle. I will definitely buy from them again and they also did everything they could to process my sale quickly so that I could get my private plates on the new car within days...

First impression was quality of photographs & how many there were. I'm a big believer in more being better. The car description was very thorough, which means not needing to ask many questions. When I rang, the salesman was very knowledgeable about the car's history etc. After arranging to view the car, I was informed right up to leaving home, whether it had been sold or someone else had shown an interest. Very re-assuring when travelling a long distance to view! The viewing was completely hassle free. No pressure to purchase, & a very pleasant salesman. I could tell from the other cars for sale that Kempshott Cars only sold good quality vehicles. After agreeing a part exchange deal, I can only praise the way things went forward before the day of the changeover. I would certainly recommend Kempshott Cars to any potential customer. First class!
